Length of primed doorstop. Same trim at Rona in Springfield was $2.99. That is a $5.95 difference plus tax on one item. Rona in Springfield treat all customers with respect & are very friendly & helpful. They appreciate your business. I rate St Thomas store a zero.
We purchased door stop trim at Rona in Springfield for $2.99 a 7 ft. Length primed last Wed. Our floor was installed on Sat. June 6th. The installer needed more trim so my husband waited in line at the St Thomas store. He was charged $8.94 for the exact same product. I called on Monday morning June 8th & spoke to Jim. Told him the story & after hemming & hawing he said he would need proof & possibly they could do something about it. I said we did not want to wait in line for a possibility & in my opinion this is price gouging. I also said Premier Doug Ford would be notified. He said that sounded like a threat & I said I thought he was very rude the way he spoke to me. Later that morning we took our copy of the bill from Rona at Springfield & our receipt from Rona in St Thomas to the store. I gave them both to Jim.
